This is gorgeous. I love the rich colors and textures of this piece. I also love all of your skiing pieces. The thick oil paint textures together with all the colors of snow are wonderful. Which medium do you think shows off the textures of the oil paint the best? Metal or acrylic?

Artist's Description

From the base of the Matterhorn comes this wonderful combination of colours drifting down the mountain like a great glacier of created colour. Part of a painting of the Matterhorn and the mountain railways on the opposite side of the mountain. This close up view reveals all the wonderful layers of rich oil colours which go into making up a painting.
