Below Mont Fort just below Col des Gentianes you hit the sweet spot. The steepness and narrow ridge of Mont Fort have been wonderful and now you hit the flat cruise just before the wide open off piste bowl opens up below you. The drag lift back up to the igloo Café is on the left and straight on is a wonderful anticipation and a bit of a breather before the next epic section of powder in abundance.
In the distance is the valley in abstract turquoise green and the mountains beyond under a moody sky as the snow storm passes leaving all the fun behind for you to track. Siviez is barely there in the centre hanging above the valley bottom.
