Artist's Description
At the top of Le Aguille Rouge cable car at Les Arcs in France part of the Paradiski area. Great strong colours with the skiers lining up to descend the steep face of the black run from the top before winding down the zig zag piste to open up onto the Glacier, and then to my favourte run on top of the world Lanchettes accross the ridge of the Arc 2000 bowl. Sun blazing through and mountains sparkling in the distance. The frame of the cable carr station sits atop the peak with the car climbing up the steep mountain side.
